      If Society members are ready for Redevelopment, however, few (2/3rd) are favouring one particular developer (who is known developer within city) however can't be trusted as he comes from criminal background and have never done any redevelopment projects in past
      He has delivered 20-30 projects within the city but open land project.

      Remaining 1/3rd members do not want to go with that Developer due to known Facts
      How can we stop or convince members to look for another Developer
      Or can we 1/3rd members have the rights to stop this project work instead of giving to a criminal background developer
